Basketball
Mental performance coaching for basketball players.
1:1 video coaching for youth basketball players. Free-throw pressure, shooting slumps, and confidence that survives a bad quarter.
What does mental performance coaching cover for basketball?
The moments basketball players know well: the free throw with the game in the balance, shooting your way out of a slump without forcing it, staying ready on the bench, and tryout nerves. Athletes are hand-matched with a vetted coach and meet 1:1 on video for 30-50 minutes, scheduled around practice.
What about fueling?
AAU weekends mean multiple games a day in hot gyms. Fueling and hydration between games is where fourth-quarter legs come from. Sports nutrition coaching covers it alongside the mental game, and our game-day fueling guide is a free place to start.
Does Koomba work with teams and clubs?
Yes. Organizations bring Koomba to their whole roster through team workshops and opt-in 1:1 coaching for families. How club programs work.
