Any information collected through a survey or otherwise as part of your relationship with Koomba will not be deemed to be a ‘diagnosis’, ‘medical condition’, ‘medical treatment’ or other status that would require compliance with HIPAA.
Any information considered to be ‘Consumer Health Data’ under the Washington MyHealth MyData law, or other state-specific privacy laws.
In select situations, Koomba may engage a covered medical provider as a ‘Business Associate’ and execute a privacy agreement prior to processing any sensitive personal information.

Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or internal policies. The criteria we use to determine retention periods for each category of personal information is based on the type of personal information, contractual requirements, or with regards to product or service maintenance and improvements.
